Hilton Veterinary Clinic of Ferndale offers personalized veterinary care with a strong focus on quality, results, and building a personal bond between pets and their owners. The clinic has a small, cozy office where the friendly and caring staff treat pets with kindness and efficiency. In emergency situations, the team remains calm and compassionate, handling each case with dedication. The veterinarian, Dr. Schnur, is knowledgeable, skilled, and committed to providing timely and cost-effective treatment. The clinic is highly praised for its compassionate care, understanding of the importance of pets, and consideration of owners' financial constraints. Many clients appreciate the patience and kindness shown to anxious pets, such as cats who get scared during appointments, and the staff’s effort to make them comfortable. The team’s excellent communication and genuine care, especially during difficult times like euthanasia, make this clinic a trusted place for pet owners seeking loving and professional veterinary services.
I can’t say enough good things about Hilton Veterinary Clinic and the care they’ve given my cat, Keebs. Going through her surgery and recovery has been incredibly stressful for me, and I’ll fully admit that I’ve been a nervous wreck throughout the whole process.
Everyone at Hilton has been patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They’ve taken my concerns seriously, answered my questions, and have always made me feel like Keebs is genuinely cared for. Even when I’ve worried about every little change during her recovery, they’ve never made me feel like I was bothering them or overreacting.
Most importantly, they’ve been wonderful with Keebs. When you love an animal as much as I love her, having people you trust taking care of her means everything.
I’m extremely grateful to everyone at Hilton Veterinary Clinic for helping both Keebs and her very anxious owner get through this. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Dr Betsy is an amazing vet and so informative with all the tests, procedures or medication. It was very refreshing too because she spent a lot of time with me and I am not used to that with most vets. Most are just in and out. You will not be disappointed with this Vetenarian office. I totally recommend and will continue to see Dr Betsy
