I have had excellent care of my pets from Dr. Novkov. She has always gone above and beyond. She volunteered and came to my house when my dog Daisy Mae was dying. Dr. Novkov was very loving and caring in the process. She continues to care for my 17 and a half year old cat Yenko. Amazing. He is doing so well under her care.I must say I love the staff too. They are cheerful and always helpful. Orchard Lake Animal Hospital is the best I have had. Also the office it self is lovely.

The vets and staff are always so gentle and sweet to our two Maine Coons. They are very inclusive of the "fur-parents" being involved in the treatment and handling with their pets, and explain all of the procedures and recommendations very clearly. The staff is warm and affectionate, and the building itself is very clean and comfortable. We've always been seen within a minute of checking in, and we are given all the time we need to feel satisfied with our pets' care. Thanks so much Orchard Lake Animal Hospital!

The kindest staff to the furry friends and their human parents. I have been taking my fur babies here for a few years. Doctor Shoemaker literally saved my rescued cat's life. We're forever grateful.
