Dr. Ast is the best vet I have worked with in 22 years and the animal world is a better place because of him. In so many ways he goes above and beyond, from taking the time it takes to find the solution, or explain things to me, or communicating outside of visits to coordinate care and adjust home treatments as needed. He is super gentle with my dogs, but engages, calm and systematic in assessing, and does not overtreat/overtest - which is a great counter to my own neurotic approach to my dogs. My family and I have been taking our pets here for years, so I knew it would be a good option for my new cat. We see Dr. Frantz and love the care we have received! He and the rest of the staff are very warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and careful with their patients. My cat can be just a tad spicy sometimes (as torties can be), but every time we go, I’m convinced she remains calm because Dr. Frantz is so down to earth and gentle with her! We’ve had nothing but excellent care here and would recommend to anyone :)

Jessica is a wonderful technician; from helping us as new patients over the phone, checking us in, helping in the room, and seeing us out. You could tell she’s been doing this a long time and really puts effort into her work! Dr. Frantz was wonderful with our kittens. He answered all of our questions with absolute patience and consideration, which we really appreciated for our sick boy kitten. We’re so glad we decided to go with Plaza Vet for our babies!
