I attended a breathwork event Lili conducted at Banya. She was wonderful at making a small group feel relaxed and connected. The breathwork was challenging but she also made it easy for you to modify or adjust to your own pace. One person at the end didn't want to open their eyes and come back from the experience!
This company is great. Dave replied immediately when I contacted them about my need for a paint job for my entire condo, and was able to come out the same afternoon to scope the place and got me an estimate that night. Timing was perfect and they were able to get in exactly when I needed them to as I have had various other companies I needed to schedule around. The painters were efficient and professional and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with how the place came out. I would absolutely recommend this company for painting/drywall repair. The biggest struggle (for me) as a celiac with lactose intolerance is finding delicious sauces that are premade to bring my meals together. Was so happy to see the various sauces available! I got the French onion dip today(my absolute favorite thing and I had to sacrifice it after my diagnosis) and I am thrilled to be able to have it again, thanks to Planted. ! Best part is the 24/7 fridge! Highly recommend!
Garvey Construction did an amazing job. I had water damage from a leak under the bath tub that had penetrated out to the kitchen destroying the floor in the kitchen. My kitchen floor is now solid with no deflection as i walk across it. The plumber improved the water pressure that makes my shower a pure enjoyment. The front door had leaks for a long time, now after they replaced the door, I feel like I'm walking into a new house. I would highly recommend Garvey Construction, it was pleasure dealing with them and their vast experience in construction.

Dr. Laura and Amy, the vet-tech who dealt with Luca, were very caring and skilled in dealing with not only Luca, our anxious rescue Lab, but also me with my concerns and questions about his various issues and symptoms surrounding his Kennel Cough. Dr. Laura is always very thorough and informative regarding his care. Dr. Moffat, who has treated previous pets of ours, has also been very informative and compassionate, having come to our home to euthanize them when we needed that personal care provided. He's always gone the extra mile. My only concern regarding Kittery Animal Hospital is that on their receipt for services they do not automatically include detailed information about the reason for the visit, the diagnosis, and the treatment. I generally have to ask for these "soap notes" before and after a visit because they are required by Luca's pet insurance when submitting a claim. It's also helpful to have this written information, itemizing what was discussed with the Vet as part of my dog's medical record. So, it's basically a matter of providing a more inclusive, detailed form at checkout.

Lovely little boutique hotel in a great location!! We enjoyed our stay here however we wish we weren’t in Room #1… it is the only room on the 1st floor and is directly under the stairs so we would wake up early to guests moving around upstairs (even when using a sound machine). The room itself was very beautifully decorated and I would happily stay here again but would just request a room not on the first floor. The main house has rooms 1-6 and there is another building with rooms 7-8.
Great walking distance to Portsmouth—way easier to just walk than find street parking in the town.

I really enjoy practicing at Yoga East. The teachers are great and it’s a very welcoming environment.
I mostly do the Mysore classes, which are different if you are used to a led yoga class. Instead of a teacher guiding you through each pose, you learn the Ashtanga Primary Series and go at your own pace. The teacher is available to do hands-on assists, provide modifications and help you though the practice. Since starting the Mysore classes, I have seen a huge improvement in by poses, transitions and breathing.
Yoga East is the place to go if you are looking to improve your entire yoga practice.
Shows up on time, gets the job done correctly, and price is reasonable. Will definitely call Linn again if I have more projects.
Requested style: My daughter picked a very difficult, random style in the artist was able to flawlessly design this for my daughter just buy a picture from a cell phone! We couldn't be happier with Amy Dutton and team(shout out Aubrey) as our architect and designer! From start to finish, Amy was truly exceptional. She kept both the architectural and interior design phases of our project within our budget, which was a huge relief.
She was also super responsive and practical when we hit the inevitable issues when renovating a 100 year old house. We encountered several unexpected structural and on-site issues with our existing house, and each time, Amy visited the site promptly, assessed the situation, and always found a efficient solution that kept things moving forward.
Crucially, Amy and team have strong relationships with Portsmouth city staff so she was able to anticipate their requests/questions and navigate the permitting process seamlessly, which saved us a great deal of time and stress.
Needles to say we couldn’t recommend Amy Dutton any more!

I was initially a patient of Dr. Lebrow, 44 years ago, due to an auto accident. My neck Xray looked like a snake in a knot, severe whiplash. I was in great pain and could not turn my head. Dr. Lebrow prescribed a 6-month program for me and I followed it precisely. That was in 1982 and 44 years later, I have never had any problems, no pain, no deficits. I will be forever grateful for his expertise and diligent care.

I called Sugarz out of the blue one day to cut my bangs that were poking my eyes. Marlene (shop owner) told me she could see me that day (a dream come true). I went into her cute shop in Kittery and was pleasantly greeted and bangs were trimmed in no time flat! Needless to say, before I left I scheduled a full cut and color in the next week and have been returning regularly to Marlene since then. I’ve also recommended Sugarz to another friend who has had great success, as well. Marlene is always welcoming, asking how I liked the last hairstyle/color, looks at the color and makes easy adjustments if needed. Marlene is also a treasure of local history which I love to hear about. Keep on, keeping on, Marlene!

Chris Cowen recently helped me with planning my mother's service, going over all the details, and offering advice when needed. His assistance was invaluable, and helped me get through a very difficult time.
Atlantic Drywall did a phenomenal job on a complete gut and remodel in the seacoast area. Mark and his team banged it out in a quick and professional timeline and stayed exactly to the budget quoted.The guys arrived in teams to hang, then tape and mud, then sand, finally a finish ceiling painter and wall primer. Their work was excellent and I 10/10 will recommend Atlantic Drywall to anyone on the seacoast area.Services: Paint indoors
I have been going to the Rusty Razor for over three years. I see an earlier review that a client was kept waiting while Brittany took a walk in. I have never had that experience, so perhaps a one time mistake. Brittany is a good communicator and really listens to what the client wants...never a one size fits all cut. The shop is clean and the service excellent.
If you don’t have at least 2 free hours to wait in line . Don’t even come here ???. I found the price a little strong compared to the blue beacon… but there is no option. So you need paying . Anyway thanks for service.

I can't recommend this barbershop enough. I'm from out of state, but was visiting the Kittery area. I stepped out of a shop I was just in and saw the barbershop. I was thinking of getting a cut the next day, but figured I'd check with this spot.
I walked in and was greeted by the crew as well as two incredibly cute work dogs. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk-in even though it may have been appointments only/later in the day.
I was then treated to a detailed and precisely performed haircut by Donny. Between the humorous banter and the skilled work, I left an extremely happy camper.
