Everyone at DETAILS that I spoke with was polite and very responsive. We had our house, roof, and patios washed and everything looks great! The house looks bright and fresh, the roof is completely clean of moss, lichen, and pine needles, and the pavers on the patios look brand new! Thank you DETAILS Soft Wash!

Important info to start with: We were told many years ago not to have our house pressure washed, because it can cause damage along with water getting behind the vinyl siding and create mold. We did the best we could to clean our house by hand with soap and water. We also cleaned our decks and shed, but because our house is 3 stories high, there are areas we cannot reach. The gutters were so dirty, it was an eye sore to me, but we couldn't reach them. After talking with someone about the challenges of removing lichen, he referred this company and emphasized they do a "soft wash" and not high pressure.
