I have never had that experience, so perhaps a one time mistake. Brittany is a good communicator and really listens to what the client wants...never a one size fits all cut. The shop is clean and the service excellent.”

I called to make sure they offer this service and could not have been more pleased with the polite and professional phone conversation. I booked online. I received text and email confirmation and reminders. When we arrived, we were happy to see a bright, clean, nicely decorated and outfitted shop replete with a friendly dog, Mayhem, and a welcome offer to help ourselves to a cold beer from the fridge. Donny, the proprietor, gave my son an indulgent shave with many extra treatments that I'm sure will he will not soon forget whenever he thinks of his wedding day. Donny was swift, yet deft, attentive, pleasantly conversational, and informative about what he was doing. My son had a great first time hot towel shave experience and said he can't wait to go back. This barbershop successfully mixes old nostalgia with contemporary culture and provides excellent service with great value. I highly recommend it!”
