“I attended a breathwork event Lili conducted at Banya. She was wonderful at making a small group feel relaxed and connected. The breathwork was challenging but she also made it easy for you to modify or adjust to your own pace. One person at the end didn't want to open their eyes and come back from the experience!”
“I love having my hair done. Marlene is very professional. We have so much fun together.”
“This was my first massage and happy to report that these reviews live up to the 5-star hype. The Swedish massage by Summer was very nice. I liked that she took the time to ask me a few questions beforehand about the more stressful areas (back and arms) as I feel she listened and focused on these areas. The tension in my arms completely went away. The spa (second floor of a salon) was neatly maintained and aesthetically pleasing. There is even a first-timer discount; $45 for 60 minutes and $70 for 90 minutes! Summer even took my appointment when I asked about her availability at the last moment --booked a 10:30am appointment at 10 o'clock! Talk about accommodating and same-day scheduling! When I am back in the area again (likely another weekend getaway), I will be sure to book another massage.”
