“We couldn't be happier with Amy Dutton and team(shout out Aubrey) as our architect and designer! From start to finish, Amy was truly exceptional. She kept both the architectural and interior design phases of our project within our budget, which was a huge relief.

She was also super responsive and practical when we hit the inevitable issues when renovating a 100 year old house. We encountered several unexpected structural and on-site issues with our existing house, and each time, Amy visited the site promptly, assessed the situation, and always found a efficient solution that kept things moving forward.

Crucially, Amy and team have strong relationships with Portsmouth city staff so she was able to anticipate their requests/questions and navigate the permitting process seamlessly, which saved us a great deal of time and stress.

“First let me say that the other (anonymous) review is total BS.I hired Ozzie to construct a second unit (ADU) for my mom to live in. After close to a year of daily interaction I can say you would hard pressed to find a more honest contractor. Ozzie and his brother handle all aspects of many types of projects and communicate well. I learned a lot from my time spent discussing various decisions and issues that always come up in construction projects.We also had them build an additional room onto the main house after the ADU was completed.Everything Ozzie does is always up to code and beyond. No corners cut.He will give you estimates in writing which were all pretty close to the final costs.
