I am new to the area and took a shot at Roots. I’m so glad I did. Krystal is delightful and clearly talented. I hadn’t been cut in more than a year. I feel like she didn’t just cut my hair, she understood how my hair is naturally and made it look its best It is even better than I had hoped. I won’t be going to anyone else

I'm going to start off with, Krystal saved my butt she is so flexible and friendly. She came in really early on a Saturday to dye and curl my hair for a wedding. Krystal curled my hair so I can just run my fingers through right before the wedding (and holy cow my hair looked amazing). She always does a phenomenal job even if I just need a simple cut and wash. She works really hard to take care of her salon and her family at home. Awesome hair dresser highly recommend!
