“Dr. Dianne Kalleen MD is my primary doctor and she is a phenomenal doctor. She listens, she addresses all my issues, orders tests if necessary and follows up with me. She is the first doctor I've ever had in my lifetime that I am comfortable with. That says a lot for her - as doctors in general don't make us comfortable. Her nurse, Pam is as perfect as she. If you are able to become her patient, you will be fortunate. I'd give them 10 starts if I could!”

“We have had very good experiences with most of the doctors we've seen, with the occasional problem, but those are usually resolved fairly quickly. Our real problems have been with administration. At one point we showed up 20 minutes early for an appointment, with the appointment card filled out by their staff, and were turned away because their computer told them that we were supposed to be there two hours earlier. Not acceptable! Currently we are dealing with a new phone system at our primary care office which no longer allows us to call the office directly but sends us to some call center somewhere. Just this morning we tried using the phone to renew a prescription, and after being on hold for 20 minutes, we finally hung up and are now being forced to drive three towns away to visit their office in person just to ask for that in person, because there is no other way to get through to them. The doctors are great, the administration sucks! Whoever made the decision to change the phone system over to some call center, and remove the option to talk to the office staff directly should be fired. They have no concept of the problems they have created for ordinary people just trying to do the simplest of things.”

“Being sick isn't fun but they sure do try to help. I've bounced around different mental health service providers over the years and my favorite is PCHC. I feel like they are more professional. They take care of my physical and mental health. The run tests on me sometimes and the tests are very accurate. They used to refer me to acadia for the mental health stuff but that didn't work out too good. I like texting them through the patient portal. I love PCHC and having them as an option for my care. They have multiple doctors and let you switch if you like. I would be miserable without PCHC. I feel like the mental health doctor I have actually cares about other people. It never gets political or anything weird like that. They keep the talk professional and with relevant topics. And I've never had to switch doctors within pchc, everybody they had me work with I liked. I go in there sometimes sick, paranoid, and delusional, and they set me right. Like I thought I was allergic to all these foods but it turns out I'm not.”

He did a great job working alongside and collaborating with the other medical professionals as well and my birth went as smooth as I could have ever asked for.
