From the moment I got to the ER everyone was attentive and very kind. I spent the night and the nurses and MAs couldn't have been better. I felt cared for by a professional staff who had compassion!
I had been scheduled for an outpatient test. I received numerous calls, emails and texts to confirm my appointment. When I tried confirming via email, I repeatedly got an, oops! Something went wrong, try again later. Then, I responded to a call, answered all the questions, got pre-registration done and thought that would be all I needed. Several days later, received a text message, asking to confirm my appointment by typing Yes, No or Stop. I typed Yes and sent, believing that is the second confirmation! I had back surgery here and everyone was so amazing! Dr. Lyerly is a gifted surgeon who cares about his patients. His staff is wonderful! I highly recommend him!
I had to go to the emergency room this week and I would love to thank Lena my PA, Matthew my RN, and Tony my MRI technician! They were so amazing and kind! Iam so grateful to have these wonderful people taking care of me! Thank you Dr. Lyerly for making sure that I got an MRI on my back! Bless you all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
