Northern Light Primary Care

We relocated from another state a year ago, from a large metropolitan area. It was incredibly difficult to find a primary care physician accepting new patients. I feel incredibly lucky to have been directed to Dr. Kirkpatrick and the Hampden clinic.
From the moment I pulled into the parking space to the second I pulled out to leave, I received such thoughtful care from every single person. They were kind, caring, and thorough. Dr. Kirkpatrick is truly a joy and a jewel. Again, incredibly grateful to the universe for guiding me there.

Dr. Dianne Kalleen MD is my primary doctor and she is a phenomenal doctor. She listens, she addresses all my issues, orders tests if necessary and follows up with me. She is the first doctor I've ever had in my lifetime that I am comfortable with. That says a lot for her - as doctors in general don't make us comfortable. Her nurse, Pam is as perfect as she. If you are able to become her patient, you will be fortunate. I'd give them 10 starts if I could!

Just went in for a check up w Katherine. All the staff there are so nice, was even able to have my blood drawn. However when I left the check-out area is just a little diff and seeing only one person she told me she was by herself and it would be a minute which was fine of course. Then I see her start shaking her head, as she then is ready I hand her my printed out bill and she just looks at me, questioning me w this rude tone in her voice. What do you want to do she asks. I just want to check out i say. She basically talked to me as if I was being outrageous! Even asked me if I wanted to check out up front! I was so taken back.
