I have been a patient of this practice for decades. I have always had timely appointments, plenty of face-time with my provider, and shared decision making regarding my health. My Chart question responses are almost always the same day. I think they are great!

After 5+ years of being a patient, I've had enough. From constant misinformation from the front desk, to canceling more apts in a row than I can count to uncompasionate doctors and nurses. I'm so disappointed. I feel mistreated. I do not feel comfortable seeing or recommendinganother provider from this practice.

I started going to St.Joseph’s six months ago. My PCP is great, along with the office staff. Also, the my chart patient portal is extremely easy to use for messages, heath history, medications, upcoming appointments etc. this morning I had a chest scan at 7:30. There was no wait time and I had the results less that two hours later. Definitely 5 star
