Based on reviews, the Bangor VA Clinic offers amazing customer service and great medical services, including dental care. The staff is super awesome, helpful, kind, and gentle. Patients have had zero issues with care, describing it as laudatory, with everything needed available on-site. For acute care or timing issues, a simple phone call to the VA nurse sets up community care. The clinic provides helpful SMS text message alerts and check-in. While there is no sign on the main road, directions are clear via navigation apps. Patients highly recommend the clinic for veterans, expressing thankfulness for everything the staff does.
If only there was a clinic closer near Dover Foxcroft, Dexter area. If it was me I would just start implementing these everywhere with the healthcare we will have offered to us soon.
I've had absolutely zero issues with care here; in fact it's laudatory. Everything i need is here. When timing isn't right or acute care is required, simple phone call to VA nurse gets everything set up for community care and/or follow-up outside the VA system.
Great VA clinic! Amazing customer service and great medical services. While there is no sign on the main road, if you wrote a Google review the road directions are very clear via Google Maps and other navigation apps. I appreciated the SMS (text message) alerts and SMS check in.
