About Northern Light Family Medicine and Residency
Northern Light Family Medicine and Residency offers a mix of experiences. While the doctors and nurses, especially Nurse Sasha, are praised, the front office staff can be slow and lack customer service skills. Patients face long hold times and a lack of urgency, which can make the overall experience frustrating despite the quality of medical care.
Excellent One-Stop Health Center. Primar Care (Residency), Behavioral Health, Pharmacy, Imaging, Quest Lab, Convenience store, Bus Stop, huge indoor (climate controlled) hallway/lobby/waiting area, Dialysis and more. Accepts most regional health insurance plans. Extended hours.
Dr. Lutwack recently delivered my baby, and it was a wonderful experience. I can’t thank him enough. He did a great job working alongside and collaborating with the other medical professionals as well and my birth went as smooth as I could have ever asked for. I would definitely choose family medicine and residency again.
There's a few great doctors here. The rest are pretty strange themselves. They use "not concerning health issues" a lot when asked for a second opinion it was my own PCP. Seems like a lot of strangeness is at NLH but there are genuine heros here too. "They walk amongst us" comes to mind.
