They came out last week and found my heat pump could be rebuilt after a portion of a tree fell on it. I also told them I wanted a new thermostat as we have a nest and we hate it. Scheduled it for today (Friday). They got to my house by 805, the tech had my heat pump rebuilt and a new thermostat installed in the house in the matter of 2 hours. The bill was EXACTLY what the estimate was. Both the diagnosing tech and the tech who did the work were respectful, very nice and on point. Can't say thank you enough to all of them, from the lady who answered the phone and set my appointments up to the guys who came out and got heat going in my house again. The professional demeanor and expertise of the technicians from Chesapeake Comfort Systems provided us peace of mind after several days of being very cold!They did a fantastic job!Everyone at this company, from start to finish, was professional and concerned about our well being.

Charlie was awesome! He was able to fix the issue in about 15min. He showed me how to use the system more efficiently and answered all of my questions. This company communicates very well and is very professional yet very personable like you're chatting with a good friend!. My parents used them for all of their hvac services and now that I have taken over the home, I will continue to use their services in the future!
