Hometown Heating and Cooling
“While there are many excellent heating and A/C contractors to choose from in the mid shore counties, I strongly recommend Hometown for several reasons:
1) They are extremely easy to do business with - John Hooks, the owner, is the ultimate professional
2 Their installation technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely courteous
3) They did exactly what they said they would do during the proposal phase: equipment was installed on the days committed (3 Bosch units installed), all thermostats were programmed to meet our unique needs, all the warranty paperwork was filed by Hometown on our behalf, and a final meeting with John after the last unit was installed answered the few minor questions we had
4) While the pricing was in line with two other quotes we received for the three units and installation his labor warranty was not in line with other quotes - that is to say, John backs up his work with a 5 year warranty.
My wife and I are very happy with our choice and would strongly recommend Hometown to anyone in need of services from a heating and AC contractor.”
