Ash is incredibly professional, responsive, and courteous to his customers. We have had several services completed by Thermal plus to include new AC, water heater, tune ups, and duct replacement. He even came out on a Sunday to service an issue that we were having with our furnace.We truly appreciate having access to a company that puts pride into their work and cares about the impression that their service leaves on a customer.

We were having a issue with our heating unit. I called Thermal Plus Ashvin responded quickly. I described what was going on, He came out within hours found the problem, explained everything ordered the part and had his crew out here within 2 days to fix the problem. He followed up with us later in the day to ensure our system was still up and running. Vert trustworthy, reliable professionaland extremely reasonable cost. Thermal Plus is top notch, we will definitely recommend Ashvin and his company!
