I'm very pleased with the overall experience of working with Shoreline. I can't find any reason to complain. Their communication and service was timely given my needs. The technician went out of his way to help me better understand how to maintain my system more efficiently. Their billing was also reasonable.Thanks guys.

Anthony was very professional and friendly on the phone. Excellent communication between his office, clients and staff. I was able to secure an appointment quickly and Damian (sp) arrived on time with a friendly smile. He quickly diagnosed issue and was very patient in explaining issues and options to me and also to my husband on a conference call. So far so good, next step awaiting quotes.
