I have to decide about a new apartment rental, and noticed a musty smell in the building, so did a search on Yelp for a company that could tell me about the risks of mold, and also mold testing and remediation. I was so lucky to find MDV - and reached out to them because of their fantastic reviews, which are clearly well-deserved! I reached Liel immediately, who took time out of a busy Friday afternoon (the Friday right before a long weekend, no less) to educate me and discuss everything I needed to know about, to tell me how to maintain a safe environment, and also to discuss what a plan for mold testing and remediation would look like. Liel and the entire MDV team were just amazing. They were thorough, fair, honest and, overall, there for our every need. They were super easy to get in touch with and were clear and concise in answering all of my questions through the entire renovation process. I highly recommend using MDV Home Solutions, they do beautiful work and I definitely plan on using them again in the future.
I have worked with MDV now twice. The first time was to repair my bathroom ceiling that was caused by my neighbor’s leaky pipe. They fixed it and got rid of all the mold in about a week. The second time was again caused by my neighbor’s leaky pipe but we had to gut the entire bathroom. The MDV guys walked us through the entire process and did everything we wanted in a timely manner. I am highly impressed with the speed and work these guys do and would recommend them to everyone.Service: Bathroom remodeling
