We had a really good experience with Rich. We had water damage in our basement that affected the carpet and cabinets, and he came out the same day I contacted him. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave us an estimate right away. Rich was very responsive and kept in touch throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Go with MCC! They are the absolute best. Rich and his team had great communication before, during and after our appointment. They cleaned all of the carpets in our office as well as the office chairs. Our carpets haven't looked this good since they were brand new. They are professional and did an amazing job. I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean our carpets and upholstery in the future.

Our carpet had been neglected for far longer than I'd like to admit, and with three cats in the house, it needed serious help. Rich’s crew brought it back to life. They tackled the stains, and what impressed me most is how well they blended everything so the previously cleaned spots didn't stand out against the rest. No patchy areas, just an even, refreshed carpet throughout. It looks better than I thought possible, and the house smells wonderfully fresh. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. Highly recommend.
