I have used My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Service twice as a result of water leaks in my basement. Both times, Rich and his team removed the water, dried out the walls, tested for mold, replaced the carpet and pad when necessary, repaired and painted the walls when necessary, and made the basement look like it did before the water damage. Rich explained what my options were, how much time they would need, and helped me throughout the process. They were professional and honest. Communication was excellent. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

MCC Services - Wow, very professional, prompt, generous in giving information about the project. Had to have a vinyl tile floor stripped a few times then waxed. They also cleaned the new carpet on the stairs which contractors had used. We were ecstatic with the outcome on the old tile floor - it is gorgeous, they were hand scraping old wax off, the 60+ year old floor looks stunning. The carpet looks as bright and pretty as when it was installed before the contractors did all the work. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will contact MCC whenever I need cleanup for anything in the future. WOW.

Rich was on time, thorough, thoughtful of environmental and pet-safe products and efficient. The carpets looked years younger when he finished and he removed some spots I thought would be there forever. He also has great expertise about carpet repairs and has someone on staff to handle that issue as well.
