Daniel and his team helped make our "new to us" 1939 Silver Spring house into our perfect home. They removed a wall, added insulation, replaced joists and did much more to get the house up to 2020 standards. His team was detailed and very helpful. We were able to move in on time too. Daniel and Nilou care about the project as being "right". Daniel gave us the impression that he wanted to finish the job without any errors, and that's what he did. Daniel built a screened porch at the back of our house. It was exactly what we wanted: a clean, elegant, simple structure that allowed us to spend a pandemic summer outside, unbitten by mosquitoes. Daniel was responsive to our needs and questions. The work was high-quality and the price was very competitive with other bids we received. We recently completed a major home renovation and two-story addition with Daniel Krienbuehl Contractors and our experience with Daniel and his team was wonderful. From our first meeting, his integrity and excitement for the project were palpable, and he was able to be creative and accommodate our budget. Every member of his team was a pleasure to have in our home. They were conscientious with Coronavirus safety protocols, and completed the project on budget. We are overjoyed with the result and look forward to inviting Daniel back for many future projects.
