“Recently moved to the Annapolis area and in need of carpet. We had a big box store come out to measure. Their person used a digital tape, was in and out of our house in 15 minutes and came up w 10 Sq yards more than ACFA. Tony, the owner himself came out to our house, tape measure in hand and sketched our floor plan and proceeded to do the math. 10 Sq yards less waste and in carpet terms that equals serious $. Our entire interaction with Tony and his office team couldn't be beat, until "his company" installers showed up. MInd you big box stores sub out their installs. ACFA installers wasted no time. from 8:45 AM to 5:00, not breaks, no lunch, no small talk. They did an outstanding job, left the house clean as could be. Could not be happier with our experience.“

“This place is awesome!! I put a deposit down on flooring in December 2023. Due to several other projects going on, I was not able to set up installation until March 2024. They were very patient with me. Installation was scheduled for 2 days, only took 1 day! Looks fantastic! Avoid the big box stores, go local. Glad I did!!“

“Brothers Flooring Services is my go-to flooring company. I reached out to them about a flood in my basement due to heavy rain. They were super friendly to talk to, and were quick to come out and assess my basement and any issues I may be having to cause the water. In a timely manner, they had my carpet pulled up and basement cleaned along with their dehumidifiers running to dry the area out. Maintenance was performed to prevent any further damages to my basement, and they were even able to save my flooring by laying down new padding and restretching the carpet. They were extremely informative the entire time of everything going on and what was being performed. My basement looks as good as new, like nothing ever happened. “The prices here are a lot less than what other stores offer, especially for hardwood. I recommend coming to the store to look at what you like instead of online because the colors most definitely do not match. I would take a sample or multiple samples home to see how the lighting in your house affects the color of your floor. Another thing is to make sure you know how many sq ft you need because they have limited stock and can go from having 6k sq ft to 1.3k in less than 24 hours. So if you really like a floor, try purchasing the same day. Truly recommend this place!“
