From the beginning, what stood out most was how much the Les genuinely cared about the project and our satisfaction. He regularly checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with the work being done. That level of personal attention and customer service is hard to find these days.

I had the most terrific experience with Bay Carpets and Flooring, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Les and Oksana are the ultimate professionals and they really care about the product and your experience - not just lip service. And they know their business inside out. I needed to get organic wool carpeting due to allergies, and they helped me find a manufacturer that they hadn't previously used. That was amazing in and of itself. There was a hiccup with my product, nothing whatsoever to do with them, but it ultimately was something the manufacturer had to address.
