“This hardwood flooring company does it right! I had stains on my hardwoods and they were able to buff everything out, stain, and give it a nice glossy finish. The stains were miraculously gone! After getting estimates from about four different companies this company was the best priced and the admin was very easy to get in touch with. Also, I got service in a timely fashion. From the first call to the last visit, each person was courteous and professional. The estimation process was extremely helpful, providing useful tips for our specific job. The bid was in line with two others received, but we valued Lady Baltimore’s long standing presence in the community and their tradition of community service. The preliminary educational materials were very helpful and explained each phase of the project. The scheduling department provided a date that worked for us and patiently answered our questions and concerns. We were attempting to match the color and gloss of nearby flooring. The team worked carefully preparing sample stains and helping us confidently choose the best color combination. They also left a sample of the final mixture for our reference. “We had an LVP floor installed in our kitchen by Pasadena Floors. We dealt with Bob and Jim who were both helpful and informative. They had a great selection to choose from and they let us take 6 nice size samples home with us which made the process of choosing one much easier. It sure beats taking home a little square sample.

The installers Oscar and Beta were fast and efficient.They did a fantastic job, especially with the floor molding around the sides. They cleaned up after they were finished and left no mess behind them.

I would definitely use Pasadena Floors again. It was much better than using the big national hardware stores or flooring stores. It was great to deal with a local store that has been around for a while.“
