I purchased a home from a shady seller (unknown at the time) who completely installed flooring incorrectly which resulted in us having to replace our entire first floor due to warping and cracking of the floors. Jennifer Thomas was assigned to my home and was AMAZING to work with. She wasn’t a typical individual in sales who pushed for a sale but rather inquired about what worked best for me. She was very honest and thorough about pricing upfront and explained what steps needed to be taken to install flooring the correct way. I was impressed by Jenn’s communication and the frequency she checked in with me about the project. The work was completed very quickly and the installers were very kind and compassionate as well. Without Jenn helping me through the process I would have been a nervous mess. I feel very confident that the floors installed will last many years to come.“

“This hardwood flooring company does it right! I had stains on my hardwoods and they were able to buff everything out, stain, and give it a nice glossy finish. The stains were miraculously gone! After getting estimates from about four different companies this company was the best priced and the admin was very easy to get in touch with. Also, I got service in a timely fashion. I will never use another flooring company again after having such an amazing experience with Premier Hardwood Floors!!!“

They were very patient with me. Installation was scheduled for 2 days, only took 1 day! Looks fantastic! Avoid the big box stores, go local. Glad I did!!“

“I was worried about having my floors refinished while my wife was pregnant and we had already moved into the upper portion of the home. However Rick Scott at Floor Medic assured us that the floor would be done in a few short days. I was astonished when he told me that because we were such amazing people and hand done so much to prepare for the worker's by leaving little booties by the door which they could wear when they walked about on the tile floors and carpet so as to not drag saw dust through the house. We also had hung our own plastic drop clothes over every door, vent, counter, cabinet, fridge...We essentially plastic wrapped everything that we had not moved out into the pod storage. He was so happy for the work that we had done to prepare he sent us on a 3 night stay at a lovely spa and hotel. Where we were treated like royals. When we returned home were so pleased to find Mr. Rick Scott standing in his dust booties waving from the doorway of our new home with the uniquely handcrafted hardwood floors refinished by a true American Craftsman Rick Scott at FLOOR MEDIC!“

“The prices here are a lot less than what other stores offer, especially for hardwood. I recommend coming to the store to look at what you like instead of online because the colors most definitely do not match. I would take a sample or multiple samples home to see how the lighting in your house affects the color of your floor. Another thing is to make sure you know how many sq ft you need because they have limited stock and can go from having 6k sq ft to 1.3k in less than 24 hours. So if you really like a floor, try purchasing the same day. Truly recommend this place!“
