“I've had an excellent experience with these guys. From picking the right carpet and padding to installation and cleanup. Everything was very efficient, polite and professional. The installation team did the whole upper floor (large area) in 8 hours. They had vacuumed the plywood after removing old carpet and sprayed it with antiseptic. After getting estimates from about four different companies this company was the best priced and the admin was very easy to get in touch with. Also, I got service in a timely fashion. Joe came to us with samples and talked through options, listening to what we were looking for and price point. He provided recommendations and answered all of our questions. Installation was scheduled around our tough schedules, and the 2 staff (Morris and Lopez) were terrific as well! They were timely to arrive, professional, friendly, efficient and also answered all of my questions. Pleased with pricing, service and quality all around.“

“The prices here are a lot less than what other stores offer, especially for hardwood. I recommend coming to the store to look at what you like instead of online because the colors most definitely do not match. I would take a sample or multiple samples home to see how the lighting in your house affects the color of your floor. Another thing is to make sure you know how many sq ft you need because they have limited stock and can go from having 6k sq ft to 1.3k in less than 24 hours. So if you really like a floor, try purchasing the same day. Truly recommend this place!“

“I would recommend Columbia Flooring to anyone who asks me. They came to me from a recommendation from a friend and when I reached out I talked to the owner Ed. He was great in asking all the questions to get an understanding of what I needed done. I was replacing all of my flooring (carpet and some hardwood) with luxury vinyl. I live in a one bedroom condo so not while a huge project, living in a one bedroom always can make it challenging for moving furniture around. They did a great job.It took them 2 ½ days to complete the project and the flooring looked great. There was one hiccup though and while we know mistakes do happen from time to time, Columbia Flooring was very communicative and wanted to make it right. After sending some videos of the area they sent someone out to look and he confirmed it needed to be fixed. They were able to come back and fix the one area and I have no complaints.Throughout the entire process they kept in touch with me wanting to make sure I knew when people were coming to my house, making sure I was happy with how the final flooring came out etc. They would always reach out to me before I even had a chance to contact them. I should also mention, they were very reasonably priced in my opinion. I really can’t say enough good things about the work they did and all of the professionalism from everyone I came in contact with.“

“I was worried about having my floors refinished while my wife was pregnant and we had already moved into the upper portion of the home. However Rick Scott at Floor Medic assured us that the floor would be done in a few short days. I was astonished when he told me that because we were such amazing people and hand done so much to prepare for the worker's by leaving little booties by the door which they could wear when they walked about on the tile floors and carpet so as to not drag saw dust through the house. We also had hung our own plastic drop clothes over every door, vent, counter, cabinet, fridge...We essentially plastic wrapped everything that we had not moved out into the pod storage. He was so happy for the work that we had done to prepare he sent us on a 3 night stay at a lovely spa and hotel. Where we were treated like royals. When we returned home were so pleased to find Mr. Rick Scott standing in his dust booties waving from the doorway of our new home with the uniquely handcrafted hardwood floors refinished by a true American Craftsman Rick Scott at FLOOR MEDIC!“
