I’m thrilled with my floors!! I stopped by the store one day asking about having my sunken living room raised. By the end of the day, Frank measured my house, flooring was selected, and a contract was signed. Frank listened very well to my preferences and directed me toward products that fit. I had both LVP flooring and carpet installed. Frank was helpful and patient as I reviewed design options and I asked for his input. I love the LVP flooring installed on my first floor for both the look and performance. I also had a carpet stair runner installed and I painted my stair risers white based on a design suggestion from Frank and they look great. My townhome floorboards were loose and squeaked underneath my old 2nd floor carpet. And while it’s not their primary role the team was helpful with some fixes as they installed my carpet to greatly reduce the floorboard noise.
