We selected Carpet Palace after a recommendation from a neighbor and had carpet installed in 3 rooms. The experience from start to finish was terrific! Joe came to us with samples and talked through options, listening to what we were looking for and price point. He provided recommendations and answered all of our questions. Installation was scheduled around our tough schedules, and the 2 staff (Morris and Lopez) were terrific as well! They were timely to arrive, professional, friendly, efficient and also answered all of my questions. Pleased with pricing, service and quality all around.

Stop looking: you've found the best carpet and laminate installers, period. I don't leave reviews, but I had to because they've been that good to us. Like unbelievably good. Like, I cannot say enough of them, good!It's hard to say everything we want to say here, but Big Joe and his team have gone above and beyond what we expected in installing our flooring in our home. We experienced a nightmare scenario and they were aboslutely the best professionals we could have hoped for to help us through it!After buying a house a year ago, we waited a full year before hiring professionals to remove old basement carpet and putting in something we really wanted: laminate flooring....read full review

Stellar experience all the way through. Dealt with Brian O'Brien for the in-home estimate. Got great suggestions, great information, and phenomenal service. Once we decided to pull the trigger, the order was in and we were scheduled to installation in only two weeks time. The installation crew was awesome, super courteous, timely, and clean. LOVE the new carpet, and will definitely go back to Carpet Palace for future flooring needs
