Empire Today - Baltimore, MD
“Juan visited today for our free estimate. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly and courteous. He was not rushed in his time spent listening to our needs, and he offered a wide variety of flooring options that aligned perfectly with our requests. Juan did not attempt to steer us toward options that would have been impractical for us financially; rather, he heard and addressed our parameters as we described them. While Juan naturally left the final choices to us as the customers, he offered valuable input throughout our conversation that was extremely helpful to us when making the final decisions. If the installation crew is as capable and kind as Juan proved to be, our experience with Empire Today will be a very positive one. Empire is fortunate to have someone of Juan’s fine character representing them.”
