“I saw Dr Azman a couple years ago as I was suffering from severe dry eyes and having issues with past corneal neovascularization in my right eye. He is a fantastic eye doctor. Not only is he compassionate, but he is very thorough in treating complex issues. He treated my dry eyes and recommended a long term solution: scleral contact lenses (a complex process). We went through the process together and every step of the way, he made sure I was comfortable -and most importantly, my eyes were ok. I don't see him anymore as I had cataract surgery (and live far away) but I recommend him to anyone with or without eye issues. He is one of the best eye doctors I have ever seen. I still think of him often which is why I decided to finally write this review (even though it has been some time) since I have seen him.“

“Alex knows his business. He doesn't sell cheap frames or cheap lenses. He is bluntly honest. If you can't deal with it don't shop here. He knows what frames will fit the shape of your face, the width of nasal bridge etc. I've been coming here for 10 years and won't go anywhere else. Lenses are extremely high quality. If you want stuff cheap don't come here. You get what you pay for. I no longer live in Maryland but I still come back here yearly to get my new glasses.“

“My grandmother has been a Dulaney Eye Institute patient for the past 4 months. She had sudden vision changes and urgently needed to see an ophthalmologist. We were able to get an appointment quickly, especially for a specialty. All of the staff are very kind and work hard to accommodate her wheelchair use and limited mobility. Her doctor, Dr. Nelson, takes the time to listen to my grandmother’s concerns and to explain every diagnosis and procedure. He strikes a good balance between efficiency and great bedside manner. He was even able to consult with a retina specialist during her very first appointment since Dulaney Eye shares space with the National Retina Institute. Overall, I highly recommend Dulaney Eye Institute, especially for older adults who require extra care.“

“I originally went to the location to get my son's glasses adjusted which I had ordered online. My daughter's glasses hadn't come in so I inquired if there was a reason for the delay. One of the workers there, named INDIA, immediately jumped on the case, called customer service and found out that the frames were out of stock. She then worked with customer service to find a similar frame in stock, cleared that with me, and negotiated expedited shipping as well as got me a 15% discount for the trouble and lack of communication from the online side. This type of proactive customer service is a rare find and I definitely appreciated India's initiative, positive attitude, and advocacy.“
