I'm writing this review as a satisfied repeat customer of Eye to Eye Optical. Last year Alex helped my son to find a perfect combination of stylish and functional lenses and frames that have proven to be a very good value. When it was time to update my prescription I came to Eye to Eye and found a great selection of designer frames to choose from. I find the experience very pleasant as Alex is very attentive and thoughtful with customers. Alex is fantastic. After a technical problem I had with my prescription sunglasses, I did an AI search and Alex's name came up as the go to guy in Timonium. Wow, AI nailed this one. Alex took care of my problem, both from a technical and from an aesthetic perspective. I finally have an optician in whom I can have complete trust. An owner on the premises makes all the difference. A highly competent owner (such as Alex) on the premises is a bonus. I had originally gone to Wilmer Optical at Green Spring, thinking the Wilmer name might provide a measure of quality control.
