Professional Vision provides exceptional eye care with quick appointments and a kind, professional staff. Doctors and staff, including Dr. Klein and Dr. Barnstein, are thorough and take the time to explain necessary information. The office is efficient, with short wait times and accurate prescriptions. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making for a delightful experience. While contact lens prices may be a bit high, overall, customers are highly satisfied and continue to return.
I am very pleased that Dr Jane Mok has joined Professional Vision. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She is very professional and informative and diligent in her exam. She was patient and listened to my concerns. She provided a pleasant and exceptional service.
Hands down the best eye visit I have ever had. Great service, friendly and attentive staff, most comfortable contacts I've worn. They even beat online prices for my lenses (required a mail in rebate) and measured my pd so I could order glasses online.
Recently had a couple bad visits that ended up with the wrong prescription which they invited us back at no charge to correct.
I had a screw come out of the glasses, therefore one lens kept popping out. I couldn't see to get another screw in. (didn't have a screw tho) went in and Amber fixed the glasses in no time at all.
I am a patient of Professional vision in Bel Air but not in Carney. I will take into consideration to switching !
Thank you Amber
