I'm a new patient at Clarity Eyeware. I have a complex prescription that requires a lot of troubleshooting to get correct. I have been extremely impressed by Dr Chan and how patient, thorough, and generous she has been with her time. The opticians are great, the store itself is lovely, and they have a lot of interesting frames on display. Highly recommended!
From the moment I stepped in, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Staff are efficient and keep you updated throughout your visit. The eye care provider was excellent and the most thorough I have witnessed. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Chan and associates are fabulous. She is always so professional and yet disarming that the appointments fly by with ease. Timothy is so very affable and patient when helping customers pick out glasses best suited for their faces. Kelly always has a smile on her face and is laughs with ease. The frame selection in the store is diverse and it makes it very fun to try things on—and sometimes moving out of the “comfort zone” can surprise you in a fun way.
