“This is an excellent place to go for care. EVERYONE!! The front desk, side desk and doctor are exceptionally nice!!! They were all amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and show they really care. I was having a bad day and in desperate need to see a neurologist. My appt was scheduled same day. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the staff was awesome. Due to my condition, I got emotional at the check out desk and the 2 young ladies there were so comforting and uplifting, one even got up and brought me some water. They made me feel so much better. This was my 1st visit therefore it took approx 90 mins or less due to the new patient forms and evaluation. I am so pleased with the service that I look for to my follow up on August 14th. “It was my first time of colonoscopy so I was a little bit nervous but the nurses and doctors are so kind and nice to make me comfortable. I moved in maryland from different state and I haven't really had very good experiences in doctor's office for some reason but all the staffs in there are so caring, gentle and the way they talked to me was very kind which made me very comfortable. They explained each step that they were going to and they let me know what would happen after each step. Then, it made me understand what was going on. Of all of the hospitals in this area, they are the most professional and deliver the best care. I've had two children hospitalized here, a grandchild and a niece born here. All were pleasant experiences. From the emergency room, to the ICU, a a regular hospitalization all has gone well. This will continue to be our hospital of choice, when necessary.“

“I'm reading the reviews and I don't get it, they are fine in my opinion. Daughter started, then wife joined. After being told to drink hot tea by I believe 'Tessa' at Chase Brexton as well as their '2 problem only' policy, I took my wife's opinion to switch. While I've just begun attending this doctor, Heather Newhard is wonderful. I had gone to my old bs doctor so long that there was surprise, she was nice, comforting, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and I got my chest infection appropriately diagnosed after 3 weeks(zpac, not tea or cephalaxin, thanks Tessa) and now I can actually breath!!Honestly do not know about the call issues, I called with barely a breath(think Stevie from Malcolm in the Middle), got in within a day or two, started breathing after 7 days THANK YOU DOC HEATHER.. Remember a booked doctor is a quality doctor if you have issues, it really is indescribable to have a doctor actually hear you.“
