I went to Voorthius for the first time this year to purchase new frames and lenses. Jody and the entire optical staff were phenomenal to work with. I especially appreciated the way Jody diligently handled my order when there was some unexpected delay filling my prescription. Even though the delay was out of Voorthius's control, Jody took complete ownership of it, truly going above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with my new glasses when they were ready. (I am!) I look forward to going back next time. ?

Olga was quite helpful when I called and when I arrived. She was knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Trang Le was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with my eye exam. She was patient and did not rush even though I was her last patient and near closing time. I see why they have 5 star ratings! I definitely reccomend them ?? ? ? ?

Thanks so much for helping me out of a real bind. I am visiting Bethesda from New York and my very expensive and fragile eyeglass frames got smushed. Voothuis at Wildwood quickly fixed them even though I had not purchased them there and would not accept any payment. They just want to provide great service to the community. The world would be a better place if there were more businesses like Voorhuis.
