One of the best places to get an eye examine and glasses. The best customer service I've ever experienced in my 65 years in this life. I just love them and wish all the blessings that could be given to each of them. Those ladies love their customers and displays love and genuinely care about your eyes. I give them 100 ? stars

Me and my family love going to kemp mill opticals! Every time we visit Dr. Ly she is super nice and a great doctor that explains things well and makes things easy for us to understand! The staff there are so lovely and helpful too! I am grateful to have found such a awesome eye doctors place that delivers on all accounts: with hospitality to great service. I always look forward to going to my eye exams and to find glasses. I can’t rave enough about how great they are! Thank you kemp mill opticals team❤️ We appreciate you all ❤️??

The Ophthalmologist here was very helpful. I came in at the last minute and she was able to help fix a prescription and provide me with multiple trial pairs of the right prescription.
