I went to Olney Opticians for the first time recently. I was looking for another optician because the one I'd used for years was bought and the new owners had messed up two different orders over two years, and I just said the heck with them! I was impressed with the friendly service at Olney Opticians. All I got was an adjustment to my eyeglasses, but I can say that the next time I have a prescription change, Olney Opticians is where I'm going!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Kim is the best. I was greeting enthusiastically and Kim did the best of any/all previous experiences with opticians of helping me select frames that were right for me and attractive. She is a true professional who knows her stuff. Since Olney crafts the lenses themselves, the wait was only a week. The bottom line? I wish I had discovered Olney Opticians sooner! Why go to one of the large chain stores or small operations attached to an eye doctor's office? I've tried them all and none comes close to the experience I enjoyed at Olney Opticians.

Butch is a throwback to when the eye doctor was a highly respected professional tradesman and leading citizen. I have been going to Butch, Kim and the rest of the helpful staff at Olney Opticians for more than a decade and have always received exemplary service. I recently brough in a pair of glasses that I accidently sat on / slept on and Butch fixed without a charge. He is a gentleman and a master optician. Do NOT go to the chains, the mall or the strip mall ... go to Olney Opticians and ask for Butch. Thank you!
