Derrick, my technician followed through by troubleshooting my entire AC outside unit, installed a new wall thermostat (I asked for) and tested the gas furnace blower motor. It was discovered my blower motor had failed. Gove AC ordered the correct part and installed the new furnance motor that evening. The unit is working up to capacity by keeping my house cool. “Today is the second time I have had Arthur complete a project for me. My husband and I bought a few toilets and a sink years ago to replace the original fixtures in our 20+ year old house. He came out yesterday and did a thorough look over of our plumbing and gas lines as well as quoted the amounts to replace 2 toilets and a sink. In a previous visit, he also suggested replacing our backflow valve since we have a sprinkler system and so we wanted to have that done as well.
