“Erik Young did a great job replacing our leaky hose bib and installing a safety valve in our kitchen water connection. He arrived on time and completed the work pretty much exactly within the time he estimated it would take. He was professional and knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. This is consistent with my past experiences with Heil as well and why I usually call them for plumbing issues.”

“I am happy the technician showed up in 2 hours after I spoke to them, to solve my drain issue. Technician was respectful and polite. Good job.”
