This company refinished hardwood floors that had not been touched in nineteen years and they look like new! The pricing was reasonable but most importantly the communication was great. Timely response to my inquiry, timely reply back to follow on questions and coordination of scheduling. I will keep them in my rolodex for future reference!
My husband and I wanted to redo our floors on some of the carpeted areas in our house. We found MD Flooring Solutions online and since their reviews were great, I gave them a call and spoke with Jay. He was very informative as I had a lot of questions and he had his estimator come out the same day to get measurements and a free estimate. The estimate was affordable so we decided to go with it. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Before the project even started, I had a bunch of questions on what kinds of things we needed to get, why we needed to get them, etc., and Jay was very patient and explained everything so I could understand. Even with all that, we ended up purchasing the wrong kind of wood (we mistakenly bought a thicker wood that would take longer to cut), but he didn't charge us for the extra labor, just the materials that would be needed to cut through it. Also, despite saying that it would take longer to complete, the crew was able to finish the whole job in two days. Happy with our new floors!
MD Flooring Solutions are exceptional!! They were super responsive throughout the entire process, and were able to get our living room floor refinished within a week of my initial inquiry. They were super gracious when there was a small misunderstanding about the color I wanted for my floors, and waived the additional fee that normally would’ve been required for the service. The crew they sent over was respectful and kind with our home and my family. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to bring their floors back to life!!
