We’ve had this engineered click flooring down for six months now after tearing out our old laminate. After shopping for Bamboo locally we found Ambient and asked for samples. Chuck guided us through the selection process. We delayed shipping and Zack updated us about that. Others involved have been great to work with. The installation process was a tough project but the way the product clicks together is solid. We did use a vapor and a separate sound barrier. It feels amazing underfoot and the end results are completely delightful. It is easy to clean and so far extremely durable.
I highly recommend this amazing company. Everyone I talked to from start to finish was super friendly, personable, and extremely professional. The floors were worth the wait and they are GORGEOUS! LOVE the bamboo...PURRRRFECT for kitties and totally healthy and super easy to install thanks to Ambient's helpful tips and easy to read installating guide. And Ambient's prices FAR out-compete any other companies. I researched literally 33+ companies and finally chose Ambient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you for such a good experience.
Fabulous team of people!- great products. I am very happy with how my project turned out and the team helped the whole process be less stressful! I recommend them to friends who are also undertaking work on their homes
