I called Empire on a Monday for a floor estimate, and the new floors were installed the next Saturday. They offered to install it the next day, but my schedule did not allow it. Malcolm, the sales rep, was great, and the two installers did a great job and cleaned up afterward. I would use this service again.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were excellent. Carpet looks great. Customer reps were very nice and helpful on the phone. The only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because there was a lot of confusion on the measuring date and installation date even after I tried to correct it over the phone. I think there was just an issue with their system updating. It was a little frustrating but everything else was great!

Installed did a good job except they cracked my slate fireplace hearth. Having trouble getting estimates for repair.. I’m dealing with Heather Hill and I’ve sent a pdf estimate and she keeps replying that she needs it as a pdf file…????? Then she gave me someone else’s number to call and it’s not a good number
