“I attended the Full Moon Sound Bath and Release Ritual on Sunday evening and had a wonderful experience! Sabrina was very welcoming and guided myself and other participants on a lovely soul-searching journey. Her voice was very calming and warm, the crystal bowls she played were very relaxing and vibrational. I felt very relaxed and also energized when I left. The studio is a cute little place, very cozy and inviting. Since it was more of a meditative practice, I feel like this would appeal to many people-no yoga experience necessary. There were many props (bolsters, blocks, blankets and an eye mask) already waiting for me so I didn't need to bring anything, which I appreciate. Thank you so much for the lovely evening, I will be attending again in the future!“
