The best studio with welcoming kind teachers and patrons. Studio opens 15 minutes before class, with plenty of parking. Lots of props available and you cannot beat the monthly membership pricing. Highly recommend.
Love this studio ! It's very welcoming for everyone. And they have great specials every month. The atmosphere is very peaceful as well and the space is inviting and super clean.
Sage Yoga is a beautiful relaxing retreat from the stress of life. The teachers are all excellent in their own unique way. It's an accepting supportive community where beginners through advanced yogis can learn and grow at their own pace. I was brand new to yoga when I started at Sage I felt a little intimidated at first, but I was welcomed warmly and encouraged as I became more comfortable with the practice of yoga. No judgement here, just encouragement and personal growth.
