I had considered replacing my front door but he encouraged me to try painting it instead. This saved me a huge amount of money (3-4K)! With the installation, there was much attention to detail. For example, moving my doorbell and wrapping the areas on the frame of the storm door. The installers were efficient and friendly. “Even though I am writing about recent experiences with American Remodeling, I actually knew about them over 20 years ago when they did major construction and remodeling and roofing at our current house. They did excellent work back then and I recall how accommodating the workers were, and, of course, the supervisor, Dave, was great to work with. But in the last year I needed additional help to remove skylights and redo the ceiling in a sunroom, and replace fascia on the house. From beginning to finish, I was always able to get the help needed, including the very efficient and helpful office supervisor, Cindy, to the sales people, the workers and perhaps most of all, the owner, Dave. I would recommend American Remodeling for any home improvement work needed. They are excellent to work with…and the prices are reasonable!”

I interviewed a few different roofing companies and Maurice was the only individual that met my requirements. He knew his subject and came prepared and did an excellent job.<br><br>What impressed me even more is the follow-up and support that this company provides after the job is completed and that's very important to me. I had a minor leak over a window and I though it was the roof but it wasn't. This was almost 2 years after the roof was installed. The sealing on the window frame became defective and this had nothing to do with the roof installation. I reported it to A1 Kanga and they fixed it for me anyway. I consider this to be excellent customer service.”

The job took 5 days, and the crew arrived every morning at 8 am and didn’t leave that day until they completed the day’s work. Even though the temperature was only in the 20’s, the crew worked as a team and enjoyed their work. They were polite, respectful, and discussed with me any issues that popped up. The finished product is beautiful, and they cleaned up when the job was done. Considering how much siding had to be removed, they left the yard in clean condition with only a few small stray pieces of material. I would not hesitate to use them for another project in the future.”
