My construction team: They were not only on-time they were EARLY (happy dance for those who have to beat the morning commute). They were respectful of both the property and our family, and displayed amazing professionalism everyday from the beginning to the end of the project.
Ladies of the office: Customer service was on point, and they were always available with every call to support all my inquiries.

Paradise Pools transformed our back yard into a resort style entertainment area.Diogo, Vera, Bob and their entire Team of artisan craftsman installed an incredible 65,000 gallon pool, waterfall and spa along with exquisite hardscapes including an outdoor kitchen and bar, a fireplace, and extensive patio and entertainment zones. Their quality, craftsmanship and “attention to details” is second
to none and they have fulfilled and exceeded our family’s expectations. Their talented service department is extremely helpful and stands at the ready to troubleshoot any issues. I highly recommend Paradise Pools for your family’s pool and hardscape needs.
I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. They hands down had the best price after getting quotes from 6 different companies (I live in Northern Virginia btw). I thought surely their service was going to be terrible for that reason, but I was incredibly surprised. Bob worked with us to put together what type of pool we wanted with options, etc. He wasn't pushy AT ALL and is such a genuinely nice guy. He helped us through the entire process, responded quickly to my texts/calls, and even popped by just to check-in on the progress (after making sure it was okay first of course!). Then Diego, Jeff, and their crew worked amazingly fast - there were guys out here working in the drizzling rain! We had a pool installed at our last house one town over and had a horrible customer experience and it took forever. So, I was blown away with how quickly Paradise Pools got us up and running. And the support team (Melissa and Vera) were wonderful to work with. They communicated every step of the way and everyone we spoke with was professional and super friendly (even when I was maybe a bit difficult - sorry!!!!).
In short, they are affordable, fast, experienced, professional, friendly, and communicate with their customers. I would HIGHLY recommend them over any company in the DMV area. Like I said, I can't say enough good things about this company. If you are thinking about a pool, start with them, trust me. I have absolutely zero regrets!
