I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for one of your service professionals who recently visited my home. I had an appointment to have my countertop trimmed down because the refrigerator would not fit — an issue caused by the builder, not your company.
The gentleman arrived on time, tools in hand, and ready to work. After I explained the situation, he was upfront and honest, explaining that while he could cut the countertop, there was a high likelihood of chipping and he couldn’t guarantee a clean cut.
