I am extremely pleased with the work that United Air Temp did repairing a compressor valve leak for my ductless minisplit units. Evan the repair technician that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the cost and repair to me clearly so that I could make the best decision about moving forward. I think that this is one of the best companies in the area because I worked with a few others trying to get the issue diagnosed and could not. I'm very pleased with the work that was done by United Air Temp. I also did some price comparison of similar services, and by far United air temp had the best rates. Highly Recommended!
I’ve been having trouble with my furnace since near the end of the winter, and I’ve had 3 different companies/technicians to fix it including the last one named Craig Broccolina from the United Air Temp. I don’t know what the problem was but the first company sent 3 technicians in two appointments. The first time the technician came and he didn’t even bother opening the bottom half and just assumed it was the Flame Starter and the second time they came just replaced it with the new one, but didn’t bother taking my calls to report it didn’t fix the problem. The tech was great he's been here before and is outstand explaining my questions which I made before several times an we talked about the situation. My question was answered very easy and gave some suggestions on what can be done. Along with other things that I had. Like I stated he was here here before when I need to have a new furnace, so he earn my trust which is very hard to do. I grade the work an the information exceptional. This was a cleaning maintains of the air system.
