“We’ve been going to VNIOC for 3.5 years now for our dog, Chubs. He has a very complicated case of idiopathic epilepsy. Prior to being referred to VNIOC, vets and specialists we saw were unable to help us manage his seizures. Since seeing Dr. McDonnell at VNIOC, Chubs has had a drastic decrease in seizures and is living a normal and happy life. Any time chubs has a seizure, they contact us to check in. Dr. McDonnell himself often gives us a call, when needed, caring about him as if he were his own dog. We’re incredibly grateful for the relief we feel knowing we have such good care management. The support and compassion shown by VNIOC, their front desk staff, their vet techs, and Dr. McDonnell has drastically improved Chub’s and our wellbeing.“

“I have been meaning to do a review for CVCA for a while but after another great appointment with them today I needed to write one. We have been going to CVCA for about the past two years with our dog Henry and they have been excellent every single time. Every single member of the staff is beyond sweet and helpful, it is such a relief knowing I can trust them with my boy, and they will give him as much love and care as I do. Jen, our vet tech, was so kind and made me feel at ease. She took her time with Luna and made her feel safe. Dr. Burton was wonderful! She was thorough and kind to Luna! I felt comfortable with how Luna was handled. I did research on local veterinary offices. I have been to others. Parkville Animal Hospital will be my go to! “Not only do they not rip you off, but they actually care for the animals. He's the best vet I have met, and I have no fears when I take my babies to him. I would go so far as saying he is the ONLY good vet in the area, having numerous horrorible experiences with several others before finding him and his office. “There are a few good vets here, like Dr. Fox and Dr. McGee, but Dr. Morsberger is my absolute favorite for how sweet she is to my stinky old dog and how she keeps me up-to-date and in communication about any thoughts that she has regarding treatments. You can tell she truly loves what she does and loves the animals that come in to see her. She’s gentle, sits on the floor with her and she’s patient. My dog is a little squirrely at the vet, but warms up to her so quickly. It’s a bit of a drive for me, maybe 40 minutes, but it’s absolutely worth it.“

“This group spent a good amount of time attending to my dogs needs and did thorough diagnostics to decide how to treat warm weather skin issues with my Weim and Dox ( warm weather antibiotics RX with chewable tablets.) It's been ultra steamy- and shampoo to arrestand heal skin.

“Dr. Rick Paynter has been a true blessing to our family. My wife and I have two one-year-old female kittens — a Ragdoll (mink) and a domestic shorthair — and our experience with him and his team has been outstanding.

At our first visit, we brought in our Ragdoll who was a little underweight. Dr. Paynter took the time to thoroughly assess her, explain everything clearly, and provide us with a thoughtful plan of care. Thanks to his guidance, she is now at a healthy weight and thriving. She is comfortable with Dr. Paynter and his assistants, who handle her with such care and gentleness. We’ll be bringing her back soon for her annual visit with complete confidence.

More recently, our domestic shorthair was diagnosed with feline asthma. The level of attention, patience, and compassion the entire team showed us during this visit was incredibly reassuring.
