I have been taking my fur babies to Jacksonville Vet for over 30 years. Love Dr. Thai, so knowledgeable and kind. She takes wonderful care of you and your pets. The office girls are great and and very welcoming. Just a great place!

Took my cats in for wellness exams and shots with Dr. Thai as we do each year. All went very well! We were the last appointment of the night and still received pleasant, attentive and thorough care without rush. I appreciated that both my cats were treated in the examining room with me there (even for nail clipping), rather than taken into the back area.

All the receptionists and all staff are friendly and well equipped. Every time I go I have a positive experience and feel all of my pets are very well cared for. Every time I come the rooms and boarding areas they’re are very clean Every staff member is very caring compassionate toward my pets and all of my family’s pets.
