About Liberty Animal Clinic
Liberty Animal Clinic (LAC) is a kind and thoughtful veterinary clinic with friendly and professional staff. They offer excellent care for animals of all ages at reasonable prices. Both vets are knowledgeable and caring, and the clinic is highly recommended by the Humane Society and others.
The clinic excels at making animals feel comfortable, including scared rescue dogs. They are accommodating with scheduling and sensitive to the needs of pets and their owners, especially during difficult end-of-life arrangements. Dr. Koelemeyer is particularly praised for his empathy and the way he interacts with both pets and their owners, providing warmth and comfort during stressful times.
LAC facilitates cremation and memorial items through a third party. Clients have shared positive experiences at LAC, often noting the compassionate and understanding approach of the staff. Many plan to return for future veterinary needs, appreciating the good pricing for surgeries compared to other local animal hospitals. The clinic is conveniently located on Liberty Road and is a great option for those seeking high-quality veterinary care.
I had to make the awful decision to put my 15 year old Yorkie to sleep today after being diagnosed with stage 4 Kidney disease a few months ago. He gave me all the information I needed and informed me of every step of what to expect in this most painful event. I opted to stay with my old man til the end as he laid on my lap; I did not want him to be alone. This is one of the hardest things I have had to do and I will miss Royce dearly. Dr. Spencer and the rest of the team, I want to thank you for caring and giving me the time I needed. I did not feel rushed; you do not know… read full review
So at first, I was concerned because my dog initially jumped out of Dr. Spencer's arms and almost hit the floor! Thank goodness I caught her right before she hit the floor! Then Dr. Spencer was able to handle my dog without my dog trying to bite him. She was scared but allowed him to pet her, rub her feet and administer vaccines all without yelpung or biting. That was a first...my dog loathes the vet....lol
Reception is informative and very helpful on the phone. The doctor is equally as amazing. They actually care and have affordable pricing. I’m leaving my other vet and staying here. Thank you guys so much
